As president of Benefit Concepts Plus, Eileen’s roll is to use her experience of over 25 years and knowledge as an Employee Benefit Consultant to help employers solve meaningful problems for real people.
Eileen works with employers to simplify the complexity of designing a customized plan so everyone – employers and employees – receive the true value of benefits. Her expertise is creating and implementing innovative strategies to help employers structure employee benefit packages that work to both recruit and retain healthy, productive team members. Her unique, customized approach utilizing the latest technology solutions allows employers to save both time and money.
Eileen takes great pride in helping employers achieve the level of benefits they envision providing their employees while adhering to their corporate bottom line cost. Eileen has been a member of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce where she serves as a consultant and resident of Sugar Land, Texas for 21 years. She is a member of First Colony Church of Christ and serves as a volunteer.
